- We offer a 7-day exchange and refund policy for defective items and unsatisfactory purchase.
- Replacement item (s) or reimbursement (s) will be settled within 7 days from the day the customers received the original item(s).
- For refund cases, 10% of the purchase price will be deducted in the reimbursement as our administration charges.
- Return shipping costs are refundable only for successful exchange cases, i.e. for refund or non-valid exchange cases, customers should be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The return guidelines are as follows:-
- The item (s) must be returned in new condition and with all original manufacturer’s packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards.
- All return item (s) must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. We are not responsible and do not accept any damages during the return delivery.
