Q1:I need the Walkie Talkie that supports 10 Kilometer. Can you please suggest which one I can buy?
A1:Usually the radio can not reach 10Km in the city.So you should also purchase a repeater.If your radio power is 10W,with TLF446, it can achieve 10Km coverage.
Q2: I am very interested with this repeater.Do you accept custom repeaters? What data do I need to provide?
A2:Yes, TLF446 repeater is customizable.It usually need 15-20 days process time.You should tell us the TX frequency,RX frequency and offset.
Q3:Should the repeater transmit frequency be higher than the receive frequency?
A3: If the repeater’s TX frequency is higher than RX frequency,the effect of receiving and transmitting signals will be better.Otherwise the effect will not be very good
Q4:If I customize the repeater, can it be with 8MHz offset frequency ?
A4: Yeah,we accept the offset in the 5-10MHz range
Q5:Do I need to buy other repeater accessories?
A5:Yeah,the standard package do not include the feeder and base antenna.So you should buy them individually.
(Good news,now if you buy the TLF446 repeater,we will send you black 5 meters black feeder as free gift,so now you just need to buy the antenna.)
Q6: How about the delivery time?
A6: Usually it needs 15-20 days process time after providing the frequency data.So after you made the order,pls help us extend the processing time by another 15 days. And when get the repeater from factory,we will send the parcel via EMS,DHL,Fedex,UPS and so on (besides the Remote area). Then you can get the repeater more fast.
Q7: In the video,i saw two lines frequency on the screen,it means the repeater can achieve dual receive function?
A7:No.The first line is the RX frequency of the repeater,the second line is the TX frequency of the repeater.
Q8: Is it possible to change the frequensies by myself with software and PC ?
A8: Yeah,you can change the frequency and ctcss/dcs code. But frequency should within plus or minus 1MHz relative to the center frequency.
